Love me how? Love me is to know me and hold me and to be my destiny. Not hit me, attack me, and leave me feeling down. Sure we have our quarrels and that's just fine. But the shouting and hitting me crosses the line. What happened to the beautiful soul I fell in love with? What happened to the perfect relationship? So many people envied us for what I thought we had but why envy when our shit is just as bad? The soft sweet lips that once made me smile turned into the outrageous shouting matches that never seemed to have a finish line. Every battle I lost, every war I was the prisoner.
